DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Suitable for either foot. Flip the spreader to position the gel pad over the bunion joint. 
• Loop the gel around the big toe and second toe, then place the spreader comfortably.
• Adjust gel pad to cover the bunion joint, and remove from skin for 3-4 hours daily to let skin breathe.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Hand wash and air dry before reuse.
• Sprinkle a small amount of talcum powder if gel becomes sticky after washing.
