For Heat Therapy

• After folding, simply put the gel pack in the 500W microwave oven at HIGH setting for 1 minute (for SHC-201B) or 2 minutes (for SHC-101, LM-978A, and LM-988)

• Do not overheat

• Remove the gel pack from microwave oven and apply to affected area

• The pack with residual warmth can be reheated for 15-20 seconds

• Heat duration lasts for about 40 minutes

For Cold Therapy

• Put the pack in the freezer for 1-2 hours before use

• Apply the pack on body parts as necessary

• Cold duration lasts for about 40 minutes
