PowerBlock EXP adjustable and weighted dumbbells each weighs 50 pounds. There are two-stage steel expansion kits are available for additional purchase. Each stage can increase the weight by 20 pounds.

• The second-stage steel sheet expansion kit can increase the weight to 70 pounds (Need to purchase separately)
• The third-stage steel sheet expansion kit can increase the weight to 90 pounds (Need to purchase separately)
